§1 General Provisions

  1. This regulation defines the rules for using the services of the Beauty 365 Angelika Czuwara beauty salon, located at Mossstrasse 21, 8134 Adliswil, Switzerland.

  2. Every client who books an appointment or uses the salon's services accepts this regulation.

  3. The salon provides cosmetic services in accordance with applicable Swiss law and hygiene and safety principles.

§2 Reservations and Cancellations

  1. Appointment booking is binding.

  2. The client has the right to change or cancel an appointment no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  3. In the event of cancellation later than 24 hours before the appointment or a no-show without prior notification to the salon, the client will be charged a fee of 80 CHF.

  4. The salon reserves the right to refuse subsequent bookings in the event of repeated uncancelled appointments.

§3 Gift Vouchers

  1. Vouchers purchased at the salon are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

  2. A voucher can be used for any treatment offered by the salon.

  3. A voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

  4. After the expiry date, the voucher becomes invalid and cannot be redeemed.

§4 Health Information and Consent to Treatment

  1. Before performing a treatment, the client is obliged to inform the salon about any health contraindications, allergies, skin diseases, pregnancy, or other circumstances that may affect the performance of the treatment.

  2. Before the treatment, the client receives information regarding the course of the treatment, possible effects, and any contraindications.

  3. Proceeding with the treatment implies the client's conscious consent to its performance.

  4. The salon is not responsible for body reactions or complications resulting from the client withholding health information.

  5. After the service is performed, no further claims regarding the treatment's effect will be accepted, provided that the treatment was performed correctly and in accordance with the procedure.

§5 Liability

  1. The salon undertakes to perform services with due diligence and in accordance with current cosmetology knowledge.

  2. The salon is not responsible for items left unattended on the salon premises.

  3. The client is responsible for damages intentionally caused on the salon premises.

§6 Personal Data

  1. Clients' personal data is processed solely for the purpose of providing services, booking appointments, and contacting the client.

  2. The salon undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection laws.

§7 Final Provisions

  1. The salon reserves the right to change this regulation.

  2. The current regulation is available at the salon and can be provided to the client upon request.

  3. In matters not regulated by this document, the provisions of Swiss law shall apply.

The regulations are effective from the date of publication.
