TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by the beauty salon Beauty 365 Angelika Czuwara, located at Mossstrasse 21, 8134 Adliswil, Switzerland.

Every client who books an appointment or uses the salon's services accepts these Terms and Conditions.

The salon provides cosmetic services in accordance with the applicable laws of Switzerland and in compliance with all applicable hygiene and safety regulations.

§2 Appointments and Cancellations

An appointment is binding once it has been booked.

The client has the right to change or cancel an appointment free of charge no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or if the client fails to attend without prior notice, a fee of CHF 80.– will be charged.

The salon reserves the right to refuse future appointment bookings in cases of repeated no-shows without timely cancellation.

§3 Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers purchased at the salon are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

The voucher may be used for any treatment or service offered by the salon.

The voucher value cannot be exchanged for cash.

After the expiry of the validity period, the voucher becomes invalid and can no longer be redeemed.

§4 Health Information and Consent to Treatment

Before a treatment is performed, the client is required to inform the salon of all relevant health conditions and contraindications, including allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, or any other circumstances that may be relevant to the performance of the treatment.

Before the treatment, the client will be provided with information about the treatment procedure, possible results, and any relevant contraindications.

By commencing the treatment, the client confirms that she has understood the information provided and gives her consent to the treatment being performed.

The salon shall not be liable for physical reactions or complications resulting from health information that was not disclosed by the client.

Following completion of the service, complaints regarding the treatment result will not be accepted where the treatment was performed correctly and in accordance with the intended procedures.

§5 Liability

The salon undertakes to perform its services with the necessary care and in accordance with current professional cosmetic standards.

The salon shall not be liable for personal belongings left unattended on the salon premises.

The client shall be liable for any damage she intentionally causes on the salon premises.

§6 Data Protection

Clients' personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of providing services, managing appointments, and contacting the client.

The salon undertakes to protect clients' personal data in accordance with the applicable Swiss data protection laws.

§7 Final Provisions

The salon reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.

The current version of the Terms and Conditions is available at the salon and may be provided to the client upon request.

For all matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, Swiss law shall apply.

These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on the date of their publication.
